I just finished my first bottle of GUSH supplements, and the difference in how I feel is undeniable. My stress and anxiety have noticeably decreased, I feel more grounded, and I’m hitting more of my goals with a lot more ease. My energy is steadier throughout the day, and I’m not nearly as exhausted as I used to be.The biggest surprise has been my relationship with coffee — I don’t even want it anymore. My usual morning craving has completely disappeared, which tells me my body is finally getting the support it’s been missing.I’ve also been taking the FLOW supplements, and together they’ve definitely elevated my overall energy and clarity.Next, I’ll be trying the REST supplements to see if they help with my sleep and ongoing insomnia. If they work as well as GUSH and FLOW, I’ll be thrilled.My only wish is that the bottles came with more squares for a full month supply, because when something works this well, you don’t want to run out.
Ireceived 4 items. Flow for energy and I didn't have to drink coffee at all, the restaurant helped me sleep and then we also received spicy cubes for me and hubby. Love that they're natural love that I don't feel groggy in the morning when using the rest version. Spicy cubes haven't been able to utilize those yet. Definitely recommend.
